Shipping

-All our deliveries are sent out using a signed for courier service and the customer are responsible for the delivery  cost.  All orders will be shipped using only a reputable courier service including, S.F. Express, DHL or Hong Kong  Post.  For security purposes, we do not deliver to P.O. Box numbers.

-Please note we aim to dispatch all completed orders within 7 working days. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.  HIUCHI is not liable for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. 

-Although we try our best to ensure packages are delivered in a timely manner, shipping times may vary depending on  the destination. Once a package is shipped we have no control over how long it will take to arrive. We also have no control over whether or not your package is delayed in your country’s customs office. By placing an order with us, you accept the risk that your package may be delayed during shipment for these reasons.

- We ships worldwide, please note: International orders may be charged customs fees by the destination country’s  government. We have no control over if and how much you are charged for customs. We are not responsible for any  additional charges the destination country imposes on you

We accept Paypal (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB cards).

When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to 'Log In' and review the amount shown before clicking 'Pay Now'. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to HIUCHI.

In circumstance when the card transaction is rejected, your order will be cancelled. Please contact your bank or card provider for further information.

Returns

- All prices showed are in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).  Please note the actual price charged to overseas customers may   vary due to the exchange rate imposed by your credit or debit card company. 

- Please note all items are non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased, except unused damaged items, which   can be exchange within 7 days of delivery, if accompanied with the proof of purchase and the original item packaging(s). 

- All charges incurred as the result of an exchange or return (ie. shipping, duties, and taxes) are the customer’s    responsibility. In the case of an exchange the customer will be required to pay an additional re-shipping fee.

- In circumstances when we cannot provide an exchange of damaged product, you can choose a replacement item, however we cannot refund the difference in value.

- Please note that all delivery charges are non-refundable. 

- HIUCHI reserves the right to refuse exchange of items(s) that does not comply with our return policy.
